Process

Whether it is a one-bedroom apartment or a retail floor, the sequence does not change.

Describe the property

Square footage helps, but condition, floor type and pets are what actually move the number.

We come and look

A walkthrough is free and takes about twenty minutes. Commercial sites are visited during business hours.

Scope before price

We write the scope first and price it second, which is why the number does not change afterwards.

You approve it

Add, remove or reorder anything. Nothing is booked until the document reflects what you actually want.

Crew assigned

A named crew is attached to your job, briefed on the document, and kept on it for recurring work.
