The same people each visit
You are not meeting a new crew every month. Familiar cleaners already know which cabinet holds the trash liners and which floor cannot take water.
Every home has its own pressure points — the entry that collects everything, the kitchen that never quite stays clear, the bathroom nobody has time for. We build the visit around yours instead of running a generic checklist.
Most cleaning quotes are guesses. A company hears "three bedrooms, two baths" and prices from a table. That works until the crew arrives and finds a finished basement, a dog that sheds year-round, and a galley kitchen with open shelving that takes forty minutes on its own. Then either the visit runs long or something quietly gets skipped.
We start differently. Before the first clean, we walk the home with you — in person or on a video call if that is easier — and write down what each room needs and how often. That walkthrough becomes a room-by-room scope you can read, question and change. You know exactly what is included before any money changes hands, and so does the crew that shows up.
The work itself follows a fixed order, top to bottom and back to front, so nothing gets recontaminated by dust falling from a shelf we cleaned an hour earlier. Cobwebs and light fixtures first, then flat surfaces, then fixtures and appliances, then floors last. It is the same sequence professional crews have used for decades because it saves time and produces a better result than working room by room at random.
Kitchens and bathrooms get the most labour, because that is where cleaning either shows or doesn't. In the kitchen that means counters cleared and wiped rather than cleaned around, appliance fronts degreased, the sink scrubbed and dried so it doesn't spot, and cabinet faces around the handles where the film builds up. In bathrooms it means grout lines, the base of the toilet, the underside of the seat hinges, mirror edges, and the shower door track that most quick cleans never touch.
Bedrooms and living areas are about order as much as removal. Beds made or linens changed if you leave fresh sets out, surfaces dusted with a damp microfibre rather than a dry duster that just moves particles around, upholstery and rugs vacuumed with an attachment along the edges, and floors finished with a pass that leaves no streaks on hardwood or laminate.
We serve South River, East Brunswick, Sayreville and the rest of the towns within roughly twenty miles. Most homes in that range fall into a predictable window, so we can usually quote within a day of the walkthrough and give you a start date the same week.
Six things clients tell us make the difference between a cleaning service they tolerate and one they recommend.
You are not meeting a new crew every month. Familiar cleaners already know which cabinet holds the trash liners and which floor cannot take water.
The room-by-room list goes to you and to the crew. If something is not on it, tell us and we will add it — no debate about what was promised.
General liability coverage and background screening on everyone who enters your home. We can send proof before the first visit.
A two-hour window, plus a text when the crew is on the way. If traffic on Route 18 changes that, you hear it from us first.
Sealed stone, unsealed grout, luxury vinyl and old hardwood all want different chemistry. We ask before we bring anything new into the house.
The lead cleaner checks the work against the scope before leaving. If something was missed, we come back and fix it at no cost.
Everything below is written into your scope document and confirmed before the crew is assigned.
Five steps from the first phone call to a locked front door, with a free walkthrough in the middle.
Tell us the town, the size of the home and roughly what you want covered. It takes two minutes.
We look at the home — in person or by video — and note the rooms, surfaces and problem areas that affect time.
You get a flat price and the room-by-room list. Adjust anything before you approve it.
The crew arrives inside the window, works top to bottom, and follows the scope you approved.
The lead reviews every room against the list. You get a message when the home is done and locked.
Cleaning your own home is not hard. Cleaning it consistently, to the same standard, in the same week of every month, while working and raising a family — that is the part almost nobody sustains. What usually happens is a burst of effort every few weeks followed by a slow slide, and the slide is where the real build-up comes from.
There is also a tooling gap. A commercial vacuum with a sealed filter captures fine dust instead of pushing it back into the room. Colour-coded microfibre keeps bathroom cloths out of the kitchen. Correct dwell time on a disinfectant — leaving it wet on the surface for the full contact time printed on the label — is the difference between disinfecting and wiping. These are small disciplines, and they compound.
What the crew brings through the door, and the order the work is done in.

No. Roughly half of our clients are at work when we arrive. You can leave a key, share a lockbox code or a smart-lock code, or meet the crew at the start and leave. Whatever you choose, we confirm the entry method in writing so nobody is guessing at the door.
A two-bedroom apartment usually runs two to three hours with a two-person crew. A four-bedroom single-family home with two and a half baths is closer to four or five. The walkthrough is what makes the estimate accurate — square footage alone is a poor predictor once pets, clutter level and floor type are factored in.
Yes, everything comes with the crew: vacuums, mops, cloths and products. If you prefer we use something you already own — a particular hardwood cleaner, or a fragrance-free product for someone with asthma — leave it out and tell us, and we will use yours instead.
Pick up items you would not want moved: paperwork, small valuables, toys on the floor. We clean around whatever is left rather than reorganising your belongings, so a five-minute pass through the main rooms buys you noticeably more cleaning time.
Yes, both are available as add-ons. They are priced separately because each adds real time — an oven with baked-on residue can take forty-five minutes on its own. Tell us when you book so the visit is scheduled with room for it.
Call or text within 24 hours and tell us which room and what was missed. We return and redo that area at no charge. We would rather fix it than have you quietly decide not to book again.
Constantly. Tell us the animal, the temperament and whether they should be closed in a room while we work. Pet homes usually need extra vacuum passes on upholstery and edges, and we build that into the quote rather than discovering it on the day.
If your home needs restoration rather than maintenance, one of these is the better starting point.
