A fixed slot you stop thinking about
Your day is reserved for the year. No calling around each month, no negotiating availability in December.
Weekly, every other week, or monthly. A fixed slot on the calendar, a flat price that does not move, and a team that already knows your home by the third visit.
A home does not get dirty evenly. Dust accumulates slowly and forgivingly; grease, soap scum and bathroom mineral deposits do not. They harden. Left for three months, a shower door that would have wiped clean in four minutes now needs an acid cleaner and twenty minutes of scrubbing. That curve is the entire argument for recurring service.
Regular cleaning is designed to sit on the flat part of that curve. Because the surfaces are never allowed to build up, each visit spends its time on maintenance rather than recovery — which means more of the hour goes to detail work instead of fighting the same soap scum every time.
The rhythm matters more than the intensity. Weekly suits households with children, pets, or someone working from home full time. Every other week is the most common choice and covers most families comfortably. Monthly works for smaller households or couples who are out most of the day, and pairs well with an occasional deep clean to catch what a monthly rhythm cannot.
You get the same crew on the same weekday. That consistency is not a luxury detail — it is what makes the service efficient. By the third visit the team knows your dog's routine, which room the baby naps in, that the guest bath only needs attention twice a month, and that the runner in the hallway has to be shaken outside rather than vacuumed in place.
Pricing is flat and known in advance. There is no per-visit renegotiation and no surcharge for a bad week. If your needs change permanently — a room converted into an office, a new pet, a family member moving in — we reprice once, in writing, and it stays put again.
Six practical differences between booking one-off cleans and holding a standing slot.
Your day is reserved for the year. No calling around each month, no negotiating availability in December.
Recurring visits are priced below one-off cleans because the home never needs recovery work. The gap widens the more often we come.
Preferences stop needing to be explained. The team already knows the routine, the rooms and the surfaces.
Each visit covers the standard scope plus one rotating extra — interior windows one cycle, baseboards the next, inside the fridge after that.
Recurring clients get a short log of what was done. If a room was skipped because a guest was sleeping, you see it.
Pause for a vacation, move a visit for a holiday, skip a cycle. Forty-eight hours' notice and there is no fee.
The first three columns happen every single visit. The fourth rotates, one item per cycle.
How a standing slot is set up, tuned over the first few cycles, and then left alone.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly. We will tell you honestly which one your home actually needs.
The first clean runs longer and is priced as a reset, so every visit after it starts from a level baseline.
You pick the weekday and window. That slot is yours and does not move without your say-so.
Over two or three cycles we tune the scope and the rotating detail list to how your home actually behaves.
A short check-in every six months to confirm the rhythm and scope still match your life.
Almost every recurring client starts with a heavier first visit, and we would rather explain why than surprise you with it. Whatever has accumulated before we arrive — however long that has been — has to be removed once before maintenance pricing makes sense. Grout, shower glass, oven fronts and the tops of door frames do not come clean in a standard visit if nobody has reached them in a year.
After that reset, the ongoing price reflects maintenance work. Clients who start with the reset and then hold a biweekly slot consistently report the same thing: the home stops having a cleaning cycle at all. There is no push before guests arrive, because there is nothing to push against.

Answers about rhythm, pricing and flexibility. Company-wide policies sit on the FAQ page.
Count the people and the paws. Two adults who work outside the home are usually comfortable every other week. Add a child under five, a shedding dog, or someone home all day, and weekly stops being a luxury. We will give you an honest recommendation at the walkthrough — talking you into more frequency than you need is how clients cancel.
Yes, with 48 hours' notice and no fee. Pause for a two-week vacation, move a visit that falls on Thanksgiving, or skip a cycle when the house has been empty. Your slot is held either way. Cancellations inside 48 hours are billed at half the visit, because the crew's day is already committed.
That is the intent and it holds the large majority of the time. Vacation, illness and turnover happen, and when they do we send someone briefed on your written scope rather than an unbriefed substitute. If a permanent change is needed, you hear about it before the visit, not on the day.
No. Recurring service continues until you tell us to stop. There is no term, no cancellation fee and no minimum number of visits. The pricing reflects the rhythm, so if you drop from biweekly to monthly the rate per visit adjusts accordingly.
A set of tasks that do not need doing every visit but should not go a whole year either — interior windows, baseboards, inside the fridge, cabinet interiors, vents, upholstery. We work through them one per visit on a fixed rotation, so the whole home cycles through without adding time to any single clean.
Yes. The price is set at the walkthrough and does not change with the season or with how the house happens to look that week. We only reprice if the scope changes permanently, and only after telling you in writing first.
Recurring clients book deep cleans at a reduced rate, since the maintenance work is already keeping the baseline high. Most schedule one before the holidays or at the start of spring. It slots in alongside your standing visit rather than replacing it.
Most recurring clients pair their plan with one of these at least once a year.
Standing slots are allocated by town, so your crew is not crossing the county between visits.
Pick a rhythm and a weekday. We hold that time for you, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
